I have taken several cooking classes with Viktoija that included a variety of foods and technique.  As I had little cooking experience, we started with basic knife skills working with vegetables, fish, chicken and meat.  I have since learned how to make pasta from scratch, make a wonderful pork shoulder roast, and steam fish among many other great dishes.  Viktorija also helped me pick out good quality pots and pans to use to ensure the food is cooked evenly.  I can’t say enough good things about Viktorija’s classes as I have now become a much better cook!
